Terms of Educational Services

§1. General Provisions

These terms define the rules for educational services provided by JęzykOwcy – Szkoła Języków Obcych, operating under Fundacja Firma Dla Każdego.

§2. Organization of Classes

Classes are held individually, in pairs, or groups. We reserve the right to substitute teachers to maintain continuity.

§3. Cancellations and Make-up Classes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations are treated as conducted classes and are fully chargeable. A 15-minute delay by the student counts as a missed class.

§4. Fees and Payments

Payments are due in advance by the 10th of each month based on the current price list.

§5. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with a two-week notice period.
